- Any requested customizations will be K.I.V. Should we be unable to adhere to your requests, we will let you know asap.
- Upon receiving your order, a verification e-mail will be sent to you. It would include the account number to transfer payment to as well as a confirmation on your product.
- Payments are to be made within 3 days of sending out your verification e-mail. Failure to do so, we will not send your purchase(s). Should you have problem transferring money due to valid reasons, let us know so we can work things out.
- For local postage, $1.00 will be charged. Should you order more than one item, postage fees will depend on the bulk and size. Registered mail is safer, but more expensive. Should you decide the safer option, let us know but prevailing postage fees applies. Please also note that we are not responsible for any lost mail. Unfortunately, it is inevitable that some mail gets damaged during posting despite my efforts to minimise such cases. Girls who receive damaged parcels are to:
- Send me an e-mail at heylingo.claire@gmail.com regarding the damaged mail. I will clarify my posting address.
- Take a snapshot of the damage if possible.
- Send back the WHOLE ORIGINAL piece (charms and all, if applicable) within one week, reusing the bubble wrap to prevent further damage to the piece.
- Damaged cases will be attended to asap.
- A mail will be sent to you when I've fixed and sent out the parcel!
